This is a representative build illustrating the kind of automation system I design and ship , the architecture pattern, not a specific client's confidential numbers.
A service business was losing leads overnight and on weekends. Every inquiry needed a human to qualify it, route it, and respond , slow, inconsistent, and expensive to staff around the clock.
An AI agent wired into WhatsApp and the website chat, backed by a custom knowledge base. It qualifies leads, answers FAQs accurately, books consultations directly into the calendar, and escalates only the leads that actually need a human.
Webhook intake → LLM agent with tool-calling (calendar, CRM, knowledge base) → structured handoff to the team for anything outside its scope. Built to be auditable, not a black box.
